22.  This letter is used to announced to loyal customers that a company or a business to a  change of management or ownership. The letter includes the name of the new owner  and the new owner's contact information, as well other information that the steady  and current owners deem necessary to share with their customers.

 Surat ini digunakan untuk mengumumkan kepada pelanggan setia yang sebuah  perusahaan atau bisnis adalah tentang untuk pergi di bawah perubahan manajemen atau  kepemilikan.
